These terms cover your use of callsteam.com. The site is operated by AI Growth Agency LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("CallSteam," "we," "us"). By using it, you agree to them.
What the site is
The site describes CallSteam's managed AI voice agent service and lets you book a strategy call. The sample conversations, call flows and interface pictures are illustrations. They aren't customer results, a live agent or confirmed appointments.
Pricing and services
Prices on the site are starting prices for the listed launch scope. Your proposal and a signed service agreement set the final scope, price, billing, acceptance criteria, term, data handling and each side's responsibilities. Using the site, answering the questions or booking a call doesn't buy a service or create a contract.
Using the site
Please don't:
- Submit false information, or information about someone else without their permission.
- Send patient records, payment details or other sensitive data through the forms.
- Try to break, overload, scrape or get around the site's security, or send automated submissions.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Content
The CallSteam name, logo, text, graphics and code on the site belong to us or our licensors. You can view and share pages for normal business purposes. Don't copy, modify or resell them without written permission.
Other services
Booking runs through Cal.com, and the site may link to other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimer
The site and its content are provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, CallSteam won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. A signed service agreement, not these terms, governs paid services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
