CallSteam is a service operated by AI Growth Agency LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("CallSteam," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use callsteam.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@callsteam.com.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Your answers to the workflow questions (trade, call volume, booking system and similar), plus your name, business email and phone number when you book or use the full form.
- Booking details. When you pick a time, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your contact details and the meeting time. Your workflow answers and any campaign tags in the link you followed travel with the booking.
- Email. Anything you send to hello@callsteam.com.
- Analytics, only if you accept. Pages viewed, how you reached the site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Collected by HubSpot through cookies.
- Server logs. Our host records IP addresses and request details to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To prepare for and hold the strategy call you booked.
- To follow up about your request by email or phone.
- To keep records in our CRM so we know where each conversation stands.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in interested businesses, if you accepted analytics.
- To block spam and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can change your choice any time with . Declining after accepting removes the HubSpot cookies from this site.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service for us:
- Netlify (hosting, server functions and storage)
- Cal.com (scheduling)
- HubSpot (CRM, and analytics if you accept)
- Our email provider and our follow-up automation tools
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and booking records while we're talking with you, and afterwards for as long as we have a business or legal reason to. Then we delete them or strip out anything that identifies you.
Your choices and rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@callsteam.com.
- Reply "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any email from us and we'll stop.
- Decline analytics, or change your choice later, with Cookie preferences.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, delete, correct or opt out. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Voice agents we run for clients
This policy covers the website. When we build and manage a voice agent for a client, the client's service agreement sets out how call data is handled, which providers process it, who can access it and how long it's kept.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Keys and credentials stay on the server, never in the pages you load. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send patient records, payment details or other sensitive information through the site or by email.
Children
The site is for businesses. It isn't aimed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be called out on the site.
